Tour: Discover the extensive functions
This is how the new app
„simplify Checklists“ works:

1. Checklist selection

From the category menu choose the checklist you want to check off or work on. You will get from the main category (in the example below: Travel) to the sub-categories with different checklists for each topic (in the example below: air travel)

2. Check off items

Select a desired checklist by mouse click. You will then be able to check off items in the checklist. Checklists with many items are pre-sorted in columns. The checklist Travel for example is sorted in the columns: “Before traveling”, “Documents”, “The car”, “Luggage”, “Medication”, “Camping”, “Sport / hobby”, “On the day of departure”.

By clicking on an item (1), the corresponding box is checked off and marked with a white background (2):

3. Activity indicator: unfinished checklists are marked in red

When the app starts unfinished checklists, which have not been checked off completely, are marked in red in the category and checklist menu (1) in order to be immediately identified. In the checklist menu they are additionally marked with a red dot. (2).

The red marking is removed as soon as the checklist is completely checked off or you have reset all checks with the Reset by shaking feature.
